RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At AUTO4PARTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us at auto4parts@t-online.de with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items All items must be returned unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
